1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also process payments through third-party platforms like PayPal and Stripe.   

2. How much does shipping cost and how long will my order take to arrive? Shipping costs vary based on your location and the products purchased. You can get an accurate estimate by entering your zip code on the cart page before checkout. Orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. Most standard orders ship from Pennsylvania, USA, and typically arrive in 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS.

3. What is your return policy for physical products? We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. More details are available in our Refund Policy. 

Refund/Exchange requests must be approved by a customer service representative. Please fill out our contact form to get a return request started.

4. How do I choose the right stabilizer for my project? The stabilizer we recommend depends on the design and material/ fabric you are stitching onto.

5. If I spend $30 (USD) do I receive DBJJ Free Gift(s)? No. Designs by JuJu and Designs by JuJu Plus are separate websites with separate promotions. Designs by JuJu's Free Gift(s) promotion is only for customers who add $30+ to their cart on Designs by JuJu. Please visit our other site once you have completed your supply purchases. 

6. What is your thread brand? Our thread is an in-house DBJJ+ brand, designed and curated specifically for embroidery and sewing projects. We aren't reselling a third-party thread line — it's our own.

7. What is the difference between your brand and others? Technically, not much — and that's the point. Our thread is 100% polyester, 40wt embroidery thread on 1000m/1000–1100 yard spools, which is the industry-standard spec for machine embroidery thread. So JuJu's thread is playing in the same lane as the big names, not a lighter or heavier alternative — you're getting the same weight and fiber type you'd expect from any established embroidery thread brand. Where we differ is in how we curate it: our packs (like the 12-Pack Happy Colors, 12-Pack Patriotic, and 6-Pack Basics) are put together in-house with color assortments chosen to work well together for the projects our customers stitch most often.

8. Can I purchase individual spools? No, our thread is sold in packs only (6-pack or 12-pack), not as individual spools.

9. Can I mix and match to create my own bundle? No, our thread packs come as pre-set color assortments and cannot be mixed and matched into a custom bundle.
