1. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also process payments through third-party platforms like PayPal and Stripe.   

2. How much does shipping cost and how long will my order take to arrive? Shipping costs vary based on your location and the products purchased. You can get an accurate estimate by entering your zip code on the cart page before checkout. Orders will be packed and shipped within 3 business days.  Most standard orders ship from Pennsylvania, USA, and typically arrive within 1 to 7 business days via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS.

3. What is your return policy for physical products? We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and with original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange. More details are available in our Refund Policy

Refund/Exchange requests must be approved by a customer service representative. Please fill out our contact form to get a return request started.

4. How do I choose the right stabilizer for my project? The stabilizer we recommend depends on the design and material/ fabric you are stitching onto.

  • Cut-away: Best for knits and stretchy fabrics 
  • Tear-away: Ideal for stable woven fabrics 
  • No Show Mesh: Perfect for most In The Hoop projects 
  • Water-soluble: Great for freestanding lace or topping on towels
