Refund policy
Returns
Designs by JuJu+ offers customers the ability to return item(s) within 14 days upon receiving the product. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please use our contact form with the subject line "Return request". Only after a customer service representative has approved your request will you be allowed to return your item(s). The return address will match as follows:

PLEASE NOTE: Any item(s) returned will be at the customer's expense. Any shipping costs, insurance, packaging materials, or other expenses incurred in the process of returning an order to Designs by JuJu+ is the responsibility of the customer. Any item(s) sent back to us without an approved return will not be accepted.
Refunds
A refund for a return will only be processed once the item(s) can be verified to be in original condition. We will notify you if approved or denied. Once approved, the refund will post only to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.
A refund for a replacement product that is no longer available or out of stock will happen immediately. Refunds will post only to the original payment method. It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please reach out to us with our contact form.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No returns on Gift Cards or item(s) listed as Final Sale.
Damaged / defective item(s) and other issues
Once you have received your order, please inspect it immediately for any issues.
If your order has arrived damaged, item(s) are defective or you have received incorrect item(s), please fill out our contact form so we can make it right.
Please keep all shipping packaging if the product arrives damaged. We will need visual confirmation to open a claim with the delivery service. Failure to provide visual evidence of damage sustained to the package may result in a denied claim.
If items are defective in an otherwise normal shipping container, we will need visual confirmation of the product and the known defect. Once verified, a replacement order will be sent.
If an order is lost in transit, we will reach out to the delivery service to see if the order can still be fulfilled. Otherwise, we will send a replacement out as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: All replacement orders rely on the current inventory. If there is currently no stock for item(s) being replaced, you can wait for the inventory to come back in stock or we can issue a refund. If the damaged or defective item(s) are Final Sale, a refund for the full amount will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if they follow the return policy above, item(s) are not final sale, and inventory is available.
