➕ How to Use cutEZ (tap to expand)

cutEZ gives your embroidery the support it needs for a clean, professional finish. Follow these simple steps to keep your stitches looking crisp and your fabric smooth!

  1. Cut to Size – Trim one or more pieces of cutEZ about 2" larger than your hoop to ensure full coverage and stability.
  2. Add Adhesive (if needed) – When you’d like extra hold, lightly spray your stabilizer with a temporary spray adhesive before placing it.
Using multiple layers? Secure them together with a quick spritz of adhesive.
  3. Position It Right – Place cutEZ against the back of your fabric, centering it over the design area.
  4. Smooth It Out – Gently press the stabilizer onto the fabric to keep everything in place.
  5. Hoop It Up! – Make sure cutEZ completely fills the hooped area—this ensures even stabilization while stitching.
  6. Pro Tip – For knits, fleece, terry cloth, or textured fabrics, add a topper to the top of your fabric to help keep stitches from sinking in and to keep them crisp.
  7. Let’s Stitch! – You’re ready to start embroidering your design!
➕ Removing cutEZ (tap to expand)
  1. Unhoop Your Project – Once embroidery is complete, remove your fabric from the hoop.
  2. Lay It Flat – Place your embroidered piece stabilizer-side down on a hard, flat surface. (This helps keep everything steady while you trim.)
  3. Trim Away the Excess – Gently lift and fold the fabric away from the stabilizer and carefully trim close to the stitches—but not too close!
  4. Using Multiple Layers? – Trim one layer at a time for the cleanest finish.

And that’s it! cutEZ keeps your stitches looking flawless while giving your fabric the support it needs. Happy stitching! 💛
